It is the procedure of the Lawton Public Library that patrons must be at least 18 years old who hold a valid Lawton Public card. If a patron is under the age of 18 and wishes to borrow a DVD, custodial parent and/or guardian has to sign a release form. Custodial parents and/or guardians are responsible for such rated content and return of the items borrowed. (See Addendum F.)
